To date, there are 101 nations which "in honour of the grand ideal of Peace and brotherhood among the living in memory of the dead, symbolically represented by the Bell of the Fallen, have chosen to officially endorse the Foundation that promotes this aspiration to universal Peace", and whose flags are displayed in the large square that hosts the monumental bronze bell.

The museum contains a permanent exhibition of photographs (link to document aldi FOCC) which tells the story of Maria Dolens from 1925 to the present day. Visitors can also watch an 18-minute video narrating the story of Maria Dolens.
