91 years of ringing for Peace. Since 4 October 1925, Maria Dolens has been tolling its 100 strokes in remembrance of the dead of all wars, but this is not all: Maria Dolens seeks to enlighten human consciousness with its reminder every day that a peaceful future is possible for all. On this important date for the Bell of the Fallen, the fundamental motives of Maria Dolens will be remembered:
the fallen in war for Peace and freedom, the fallen as they work for human dignity, migrants and refugees who bear witness to today's Europe. Today Maria Dolens commemorates all the fallen. A documentary and a theatre show will tell the story of Maria Dolens and its Message.
Maria Dolens will become increasingly an ideological guide towards a world of peace and brotherhood between peoples.
